Course brochure | Application form
Colloquially known as Josquamp, the institute focuses on the great composer Josquin des Prez (ca. 1450–1521), whose music can be held up against the artistic achievements of Leonardo da Vinci and Rafael. Participants will encounter some of the most rewarding repertoire in the vocal canon. This year we will sing works by Josquin, Johannes Okeghem, and Loyset Compere.
The program welcomes newcomers to Renaissance polyphony as well as seasoned performers of music from this period. The application consists of a simple form, with space to upload a sample of your singing. Rolling admissions.
